Company Profile
Our History
Intelliquence, Inc. was formed in 1999 for the purpose of supporting and
marketing the Intelligent Queue Manager (IQM) software product. Our headquarters
are in Evergreen, Colorado. As far as we know, our software was the original automation tool for handling
teletype reject queues. The IQM was developed in 1991 by Covia, later Galileo
International, to handle message queues on the Apollo Reservations System.
It was then marketed to more airlines and has continued to expand in order
to satisfy growing customer needs.
Following the acquisition of the IQM by Intelliquence, a large development effort
was begun to create the next generation of the IQM. Due to the success of the IQM,
the same design, rules, and modules were retained in the new Kodiaq product.
And at the same time, many enhancements were added and the product was migrated to JavaTM.
