Kodiaq

Kodiaq is a desktop application which utilizes expert systems technology to mimic the procedures of a well-trained person. This robotic system applies the same rules that one of your experts would use to analyze and update PNRs and messages. All data from your reservation system can be read by Kodiaq and it then makes the appropriate entries to update PNRs or correct messages.

Kodiaq consists of a base product and a full suite of rule-based modules. Also, Kodiaq can be specialized to automate any manual process where the rules can be defined. The current modules have been developed to meet customer needs and new modules continue to be added.
