Kodiaq Maintenance Options

Following installation of the Kodiaq system, Intelliquence provides a free 90-day support period. For on-going maintenance, Intelliquence has several options available from which to choose.

Fixed Price Maintenance and Upgrades Agreement

If you select this option, you may also choose a level of support and number of hours that will be provided by Intelliquence each month. This agreement covers:

problem investigation and resolution

program enhancements

new modules

product upgrades

Consulting Services Agreement

If you select this option, you will be billed monthly at an hourly rate for the actual hours Intelliquence spends providing modifications to your system.
