Flight Disrupt Module

When a flight is delayed or cancelled, do you have to manually rebook all the affected passengers? This can be very labor intensive, especially when multiple flights are effected. Downline connections must be considered and different passengers should be given rebooking priority. Kodiaq can be used to automate the process.

First, Kodiaq uses your rules to prioritize disrupted passengers by frequent flyer status, special SSR codes, staff categories, etc. Next, the user is able to rearrange the effected passengers before starting the rebooking process. Passengers may be rebooked onto multiple flights and their oncarriage may be rebooked at the same time. Users may store rebooking scenarios to be used later and may rebook the same PNRs multiple times as flight disruptions change.
